PROFILE
My passion is to develop individuals, teams and organizations. I have international experience from different industries and non-profits; roles from business controlling, leadership teams, business and process development to agile ICT roles. Many of the companies that I have worked have transformed from product company to services, even solutions companies and some have transformed from traditionally lead companies to performance oriented generative companies.
I have run mentoring programs and I am mentor and coach. In individual coaching topics relate often to leading individual transformation, career changes & other day to day challenges of life. career
